The Central Coast section is comprised of the County of San Luis Obispo. - East Bay
The East Bay section is comprised of Alameda, Contra Costa and Solano Counties. - Fresno / Madera
The Fresno / Madera section is comprised of Fresno and Madera counties. - Kern / Eastern Sierra
The Kern / Eastern Sierra section is comprised of Inyo, Kern and Mono Counties. - Monterey Bay
The Monterey Bay section is comprised of Monterey, San Benito and Santa Cruz Counties. - North Bay
The North Bay section is comprised of Marin, Napa and Sonoma Counties. - Northern Sierra

Sacramento-Sierra, Stanislaus-Merced, & San Joaquin-Mother Lode Sections
Scott is Regional Vice President of the Hospital Council in the Sacramento office. Previously, he served as Vice President of Little Company of Mary (Providence Health Systems), as CEO for Central California Rehabilitation Hospital, and Assistant Administrator for Providence Saint Joseph Medical Center.

Jenna Fischer
Vice President of Quality Improvement and Patient Safety
Jenna Fischer comes to the Hospital Council from Lumetra Healthcare Solutions, formerly the California Quality Improvement Organization, where she was the Director overseeing the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) statewide hospital, nursing home, and home health improvement initiatives. In this position her role focused on facilitating quality and patient safety improvement projects, and managing and growing business and community partnerships and coalitions.
