CHA and Regional Associations Launch Hospital Quality Institute
CHA and the Regional Associations have created a new statewide organization that will strengthen, support and align patient safety and quality improvement activities in hospitals throughout California.
The Hospital Quality Institute (HQI) will incorporate all of the Associations’ existing patient safety and quality improvement activities — including the California Hospital Patient Safety Organization, Patient Safety First, the California Hospital Engagement Network (known as CALHEN) and other local and regional collaboratives — into one streamlined organization.HQI will be responsib
