Jo joined the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California as the Regional Vice President of the South Bay in 2010. She was the Local Government Relations Manager at Lucile Packard Children’s Hospital (LPCH) for six years. Before joining LPCH she spent five years as the Senior Legislative Aide for the Vice Mayor of San Jose. Jo is involved with several Chambers of commerce throughout Silicon Valley including San Jose, Mountain View, Palo Alto and Menlo Park. She served as a board member of the Palo Alto Chamber and chaired several of their committees. She is a member of the Healthcare committee for both the Silicon Valley Leadership Group and the San Jose Chamber. Jo is the President of the Palo Alto Family Resources Foundation and a member of the Palo Alto Kiwanis Club. Jo has more than 10 years of experience in government relations with a focus on local and state issues. She received her Bachelor’s of Arts in Political Science and a Masters in Public Administration from San Jose State University.
