Veronica Camp is the Director of Service Excellence at Emanuel Medical Center with responsibility for leading the organization towards a cultural transformation and world class patient satisfaction. Veronica’s passion is helping staff effectively execute new initiatives and business strategies to help better align operational and business needs.

Prior to joining Emanuel, Veronica worked in the wine industry as a National Event Planner.  Notable is her five years as a Project Manager for E&J Gallo Winery, where she directed major sponsorships and global partnering projects.
