HLWI CLS/MLT Training Grants Program The Clinical Laboratory Scientist (CLS)/ Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) Training Grants Program aims to support innovative and creative projects that will increase the number of licensed CLS and MLTs, or sustain training programs in the State of California. Funds for this Program are made possible by a major donation from the Abbott Fund.
