39 is Fine is a web-based seminar led by Dr. Joseph Derrough, MD directed at providing participants with strategies to increase compliance with the American Congress of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (ACOG) Practice Guidelines discouraging the practice of elective deliveries at prior to 39 weeks gestation.

It has been over a decade since the ACOG Practice Bulletin #10 was published, but elective deliveries at less than 39 weeks gestation continue, significantly increasing the rate of death and serious disability for infants.
