The addition of Medical Laboratory Technicians (MLTs) in California creates a career ladder from phlebotomists to MLTs to CLSs.  Now that the State of California is issuing licenses for MLTs, we know that many hospitals are considering how to integrate MLTs into their laboratories but have questions and need help getting started.
